Great fun to reflect on how opportunities alongside our obstacles pop up in our lives. I did that with the excellent data management software company Cohesity last week. Determining to thrive amid the pandemic as a company is admirable.
There often are opportunities in tough times. But we must have the right mindset in order to find them, and make the most of them.
In my work, as a conference speaker, there has obviously been a bit of a big obstacle in the form of 2020’s conferences being entirely cancelled.
But instead, there has come along the opportunity for virtual events. We have had to work hard, but we have developed a new product, and learnt a lot of new “virtual skills”.
