When your job feels like an uphill battle, like me trying to climb the dunes in the desert of death in China, what can you do?
When organisations bring me in to give virtual talks, I draw parallels between the discouragement, exhaustion, fear, challenge and setback faced on an expedition like this, and surviving and thriving in today’s business world. I especially focus on the mindsets we need to get through the tough times and make the most of the opportunities.
